Edit a Closed Service Request
- In the menu, go to Search > Service Records.
- Enter the available information, and click Search. Note: If no information is returned in the search, try minimizing the information, such as only selecting a date range, or only the customer's last name. The less information entered, the broader the search results.
- Locate the request to edit, and click Detail.
- Click Edit Time at the bottom of the Request Details screen.
- Make the desired change(s).
- Click Save.
Note: Once a request has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. You must have Administrative permissions to delete a closed service request.
