Edit a Closed Service Request

  1. In the menu, go to Search > Service Records.
  2. Enter the available information, and click Search. Note: If no information is returned in the search, try minimizing the information, such as only selecting a date range, or only the customer's last name. The less information entered, the broader the search results.
  3. Locate the request to edit, and click Detail.
  4. Click Edit Time at the bottom of the Request Details screen.
  5. Make the desired change(s).
  6. Click Save.

Note: Once a request has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. You must have Administrative permissions to delete a closed service request.
