Managing Appointments
New in Version 7.0: Users will be walked through a series of pages to create an appointment, and then select the date, and time on the displayed calendar.
Create a New Appointment
- Go to Appointments > View/Schedule Appointments in the menu.
- Select New Appointment.
- Enter the Customer name and click Search.
- Select the customer's name from the populated list or create a new customer by clicking the New Customer button.
- Verify the customer's email and mobile phone number then click continue.
- Select the location, queue, service requested, and assigned user if necessary.
- Click Continue.
- Select the appointment date and time from the calendar.
- Choose the appointment type (whether in person, or virtual).
- Enter any custom field answers or necessary comments.
- Select Continue.
- Review the information selected. If you need to make changes, click the back button.
- Once you've verified the information, click Schedule Appointment.
Modify an Appointment
- Go to Appointments > View/Schedule Appointments in the menu.
- Enter the confirmation ID, select the date range and click Search.
- Locate the customer from the list and click on it.
- Select Update Appointment to make changes or select Cancel Appointment to cancel.
- If updating the appointment, be sure to save any changes made.
Cancel an Appointment
- Go to Appointments > View/Schedule in the menu.
- Enter the appointment confirmation ID, or the date range and click Search.
- Locate the customer's name from the list and check the box next to it (as shown below).
- Click Cancel All Selected.
