Check-In a Walk-In Customer (By Agent)

Walk-in Customer Check-In

  1. On the Check-In Management screen, click the Check-In button.
  2. Enter the customer’s name (full or partial). To include the customer's phone or account number in the search, click one or more of the boxes below the name search field. 
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Locate the appropriate customer from the populated list and click on it, or Select New Customer if the name is not found, and enter the customer's information.
  5. Select the Queue and/or Service.
  6. Enter Service Notes for the check-in (optional).
  7. Click Submit.
