Checking in a Walk-In Customer (By Agent)
- On the Check-In Management screen, click the Check-In button.
- Enter the customer’s name (full or partial), phone number, or account ID.
- Click Continue.
- Locate the appropriate customer and select their name from the populated list, or Select New Customer, if it is the customer's first time checking in.Enter the new customer's information.
- Select the Queue and/or Service.
- Enter opening comments(optional).
- Click Submit and the customer will be placed into the pending queue, to wait for service.
