Check-In a Walk-In Customer (By Agent)
Walk-in Customer Check-In
- On the Check-In Management screen, click the Check-In button.
- Enter the customer’s name (full or partial). To include the customer's phone or account number in the search, click one or more of the boxes below the name search field.
- Click Continue.
- Locate the appropriate customer from the populated list and click on it, or Select New Customer if the name is not found, and enter the customer's information.
- Select the Queue and/or Service.
- Enter Service Notes for the check-in (optional).
- Click Submit.
