Checking in a Walk-In Customer (By Agent)

  1. On the Check-In Management screen, click the Check-In button.
  2. Enter the customer’s name (full or partial), phone number, or account ID.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Locate the appropriate customer and select their name from the populated list, or Select New Customer, if it is the customer's first time checking in.Enter the new customer's information
  5. Select the Queue and/or Service.
  6. Enter opening comments(optional).
  7. Click Submit and the customer will be placed into the pending queue, to wait for service.
