Override Notification emails sent to queue members

Email check-in notification to queue members may be enabled in System Options to alert users by email, that a customer has checked in.

The default subject line for notification emails can be overridden by going to  Tools > Administration > Notification Email

To use the default subject line, leave the field blank.

Customer Check-In Subject May be customized with tags ( See Tags below) to include customer info in heading.
Visitor Sign-In Subject May be customized with tags ( See Tags  below) to include visitor info in heading.


Use the following tags to insert system generated data such as the customer's name and reason for visit. 

  • Customer Name: [customer_name]
  • Queue name:[queue_name]
  • Visit Reason:[service]

Example: Check-In Alert! [customer_name] has checked into [queue_name].
