Override Notification Emails Sent to Queue Members
Customize your email notifications to employees!
You may override the default subject line in notification emails by going to Tools > Administration > Notification Email (to use the default subject line, leave the field blank).
|Customer Check-In Subject||Use tags (See Tags below) to include customer info in heading.|
|Visitor Sign-In Subject||Use tags (See Tags below) to include visitor info in heading.|
Use the following tags to insert system generated data such as the customer's name , queue selected, and reason for visit.
- Customer Name: [customer_name]
- Queue name: [queue_name]
- Visit Reason: [service]
Custom Email Notification Example: Check-In Alert! [customer_name] has checked into [queue_name].
