Override Notification Emails Sent to Queue Members

Customize your email notifications to employees!

You may override the default subject line in notification emails by going to  Tools > Administration > Notification Email (to use the default subject line, leave the field blank).

Customer Check-In Subject Use tags (See Tags below) to include customer info in heading.
Visitor Sign-In Subject Use tags (See Tags below) to include visitor info in heading.

Tags

Use the following tags to insert system generated data such as the customer's name , queue selected, and reason for visit. 

  • Customer Name: [customer_name]
  • Queue name: [queue_name]
  • Visit Reason: [service]

Custom Email Notification Example: Check-In Alert! [customer_name] has checked into [queue_name].

Note: In order to enable 'Send users email check-in notifications' go to System Options > Notifications tab.
