Will StatusTrack work if Ready to Assist Texts are enabled?

StatusTrack does not need Ready to Assist texts to be enabled. However, if both options are turned on, StatusTrack overrides RTA.

When StatusTrack is enabled, users will see the below message when creating a new request:

if StatusTrack is disabled, but the option to "allow customers to receive a next in line text" is enabled, users will see the below message when creating a new request:

if both options are disabled, users will not see any message at all.
