Procedures for Reporting Issues and Update Process
Effective June 1, 2022, LobbyCentral programmers will no longer issue patch updates for items that do not affect the overall performance of LobbyCentral (i.e., overall failure of software, or ability to function).
If a user experiences an issue with any component of LobbyCentral, the first action is to report the issue by contacting [email protected].
Our support team will work with you on the reported issue, and if it's determined the issue is the cause of a software bug, our support staff will report it to the development team for a fix.
To keep the process streamlined, fixes will be added to a schedule and released with the next, or a future update, depending on the severity of the issue.
