When a Customer checks in, LobbyCentral shows they have already been waiting for XX minutes
LobbyCentral is an application that runs on your server. It does not have its own clock. When a check-in request is created, it uses the time from the server.
If the time from the server does not match the time on the user's computer, it will appear that the customer has waited longer than they actually have.
For example: If the server is at 2:10 PM and the user's computer is 2:05 PM, when the ticket is created, it uses the server time (2:10 PM). So, on the user's computer, which is at 2:05 PM, it shows the customer has already been waiting 5 minutes.
Your IT department will need to check the server time against the user's computer, to verify that they match.
