Using the Help Beacon in LobbyCentral

The Help Beacon is a quick method of finding help articles on LobbyCentral's support site, as well as contacting, or chatting, with support.

To Enable Help Beacon:

  1. Login to your LobbyCentral account and go to Tools > User Settings.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Set Help Beacon to Show.
  4. Save changes.

The beacon may be also be disabled, although it is not recommended unless it is distracting to the user. 

If the Help Beacon is disabled, chatting with support will not be available. However, you can still reach support by emailing [email protected] or by going to LobbyCentral Support and clicking the Contact link.

To Disable Help Beacon:
  1. Login to your account and go to Tools > User Settings.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Set Help Beacon to Hide.
  4. Save changes

Please note: This is not a global setting, so each user who doesn't wish to have the Help Beacon enabled on their screen will need to follow these steps.
