I am seeing System Error 500. What does this mean?

A 500 error is a generic server error. In order to see the detailed message, friendly error messages will need to be turned off.

In IE, go to Internet Options and click the Advanced tab, scroll down until you see the option and uncheck it, click OK.

Reload the web page - and the detailed error will be displayed.

Also, open IIS on the web server and make sure the LobbyCentral Application Pool is running. A status of "Stopped" will cause a 500 error.
