Why am I being asked to verify my profile every time I log into LobbyCentral?
The profile update page is required to verify LobbyCentral has the correct information for notifications.
Every 90 days you are required to verify that your email and/or mobile number is correct. Verifying the information creates a cookie which will bypass the verification process for 90 days.
If you navigate outside of the verification page by clicking one of the menu tabs, or close the browser, a verification cookie is not created, and you will continue to receive the message upon login.
Clearing the cookie cache or disabling cookies will also take you to the verification page during your next login.
Please be sure to either select Information is Correct, or Update Information, and follow through the process of updating, and verifying the updated information.
