Why am I not receiving emails from LobbyCentral?
If you are not receiving notification emails from LobbyCentral, there are a couple of things to check.
If you are using spam filtering software, you will need to white-list or allow *.lobbycentral.com.
If you have email rules created for notifications in System Options, such as shown in the screenshot below,
you will not receive an email notification until there are X customers waiting in the lobby.
In order for email notifications to be sent every time, regardless of how many customers are waiting, any/all numbers should remove the setting.
To modify the notification rule:
Please have your administrator login with the admin account and go to Tools > Administration > System Options.
- Select the Notifications tab.
- Remove the number from Send email/text notifications to Users (or Supervisors) after: X waiting Customers. The box should be blank.
- Save Changes.
- Ensure all users restart LobbyCentral for the change to take affect.
