Profile
LobbyCentral system information and business details.
Account Type
Select whether you use LobbyCentral cloud, or have an on-premise installation.
Business Detail
Contains your LobbyCentral Appointments subscriber ID. Enter your Company contact information here.
The website, contact phone number, and contact email information entered in this section will be displayed to customers on your scheduling page, so general contact information, or contact information for the person/department that will handle incoming appointments, should be used in this area.

Social
Enter your social media URLs to display this information in customer confirmation emails after an appointment is created.
Account Login
Login information may be setup/changed in this section, including password.
Cloud ID
If you have a LobbyCentral cloud account (portal.lobbycentral.com), enter your Cloud ID under Cloud Settings.
Appointment Broker
If you have a LobbyCentral on-premise license (LobbyCentral is installed on your network), you will need to download and install the Appointment Broker. Please see Installing the Appointment Broker.
Once the Appointment Broker is installed, you will then need to enter the URL to the appointment broker service.
