Installing the Appointment Broker (On-Premise Customers)
Note: This document applies to on-premise customers only. If you are using the LobbyCentral cloud service, you should not download the Appointment Broker.
The LobbyCentral Appointment Broker is an on-premise application that is installed, to allow LobbyCentral to communicate with the LobbyCentral Appointments service, and vice versa.
It is a required component to LobbyCentral Appointments.
Please see the below diagram on how the LobbyCentral Appointment Broker communicates with LobbyCentral.
