What if I forget my LobbyCentral Cloud password?
- Click "Reset Password" on the login page.
- Enter the username, and Company ID, then select the Verification method.
- Answer my security question: You will be asked to answer the question selected when your account was created.
- Send a security code by text message: A text message will be sent to your mobile phone with a code, which you will then need to enter into the text box. Note: Your mobile phone number must be setup in your LobbyCentral account to select this method.
3. Select Continue.
4. Enter the new password.
5. Confirm the password, and click Submit.
