What if I forget my LobbyCentral Cloud password?

  1. Click "Reset Password" on the login page.
  2. Enter the username, and Company ID, then select the Verification method.  
  • Answer my security question: You will be asked to answer the question selected when your account was created. 
  • Send a security code by text message: A text message will be sent to your mobile phone with a code, which you will then need to enter into the text box. Note: Your mobile phone number must be setup in your LobbyCentral account to select this method.

   3. Select Continue.

   4. Enter the new password. 

   5. Confirm the password, and click Submit.

   6. Confirm.
