How do I turn off the Phone Number check-in feature in the kiosk?
The v4.0 update added a new way for customers to check-in at a kiosk by using their Phone Number.
You can turn this feature off by modifying the kiosk profile.
- Log into LobbyCentral with your admin account, at https://login.lobbycentral.com
- Go to Tools > Administration
- In the left menu under Kiosk, click Kiosk Profiles
- Click Modify to edit the profile
- Set the Check-In by Phone Number field to Disable.
- Click Save Profile
- Repeat for each profile created.
- Restart your kiosk by pressing F5.
