How do I turn off the Phone Number check-in feature in the kiosk?

The v4.0 update added a new way for customers to check-in at a kiosk by using their Phone Number.

You can turn this feature off by modifying the kiosk profile.  

  1. Log into LobbyCentral with your admin account, at https://login.lobbycentral.com
  2. Go to Tools > Administration
  3. In the left menu under Kiosk, click Kiosk Profiles
  4. Click Modify to edit the profile
  5. Set the Check-In by Phone Number field to Disable.
  6. Click Save Profile
  7. Repeat for each profile created.
  8. Restart your kiosk by pressing F5.
