How do I update my Cloud payment information?
To update credit card information
You will need administrative access to LobbyCentral to be able to add or edit billing information. If you do not have administrative access, please see your LobbyCentral administrator.
- Login to the LobbyCentral Portal with your admin account.
- Go to Tools> Administration> Plan & Billing> Billing
- Enter the new payment information.
- Click Update.
