Managing Standard Reports

Reports may be printed, or saved to one of the following file types:

  • PDF
  • HTML
  • TXT
  • Microsoft Word 2007

Running a Report

  1. In the menu, go to Reports > Report Manager.
  2. Select a report from the report list.
  3. Click Run. 
  4. Some reports contain options that allow you to filter data by date, location, user, queue, wait time, etc. Enter the filter options for the report. 
  5. Click Run Report.

Note: Your user account must be given permission to access Report Manager in Administration. If you do not have permission please see your LobbyCentral Administrator.
