Added integration for Descartes MK Denial Screening service to prescreen appointments.
Fixed check-in verification when checking in an appointment
Added "Checked In By" to request history page that shows the user that checked in an appointment. Only works for requests checked in after the 7.3.6 update.
Removed system option to check if user is logged into multiple computers.
