81. Version 7.3.3 Patch Update [1-14-2024]
An important change: Text messages are now limited to 160 characters, including customer and queue name placeholders. If you have customized your turn-notification message, please review it to ensure it will not exceed the character limit.
- Changed process that handles opening in-service requests. User can no longer access another user's open tickets without requesting a transfer.
- Total length of text messages is now limited to 160 characters.
