*Added Service Start and Service End report fields to the CSV report writer
*CSV report will now show multiple services worked on the same ticket. Use the Service Start and Service End fields to report when each service started and ended.
*Added "Created On" report field to CSV
*Help beacon has been moved to the right side of the screen
*Opening a work request that is in progress by another user will no longer automatically reassign
*Mobile check-in URL for appointments is now a short URL code
*Mobile number is now a standard check-in field and does not depend on SMS Customer Notifications
*If StatusTrack is enabled, the "Send ready to assist notification" is changed to "Send StatusTrack updates"
*The system notificaton option title "Allow customer to receive a 'next-in-line' text message" has been changed to "Enable 'ready to assist' text messaging"

*The In-Service account ID column has been combined with customer name. If the Show Account ID in In-Service List option is enabled, the account ID will appear under the customer's name

*Check-In and Overdue notifications now show in Windows native notification when using a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.

*Added StatusTrack, a messaging service that will text a customer a private link where they can monitor the status of their check-in and receive service updates throughout their visit. StatusTrack must be enabled in System Options and requires a LobbyCentral Essentials or Corporate plan. StatusTrack overrides SMS Notification.
