*Added user's name to the In-Service Request Open message to identify the user that has the current ticket open.
*Added Unlock Request option to the In-Service Request open message. This button will only appear for Admins and Supervisors

*Fixed bug that prevented a user from opening a request that is locked under their account, if the user did not gracefully exit the system.
*Fixed bug in Blocked Date/Time where an All-Day event for a specific location blocked all locations.
*Fixed bug in Blocked Date/Time location list showing duplicate entries.
