  • [ADDED] Option to deactivate Kiosk Language File
  • [ADDED] Card Reader Profiles to allow customers to check-in by swiping an ID card at the kiosk
  • [ADDED] Unique ID field to Customer profile to capture your internal customer number such as a membership number
  • [ADDED] Created By field to Request History to show who created a service request
  • [ADDED] 'Restricted Individuals List' to flag customers or visitors that check-in.   These individuals are identified on the waiting list along with an alert at the top of the page.
