- Fixed issue with appointment not emailing calendar attachments
- Fixed issue that allowed a new ticket to be created without validating that a queue or service was selected which displayed an error
- Fixed empty space issue between fields and submit button when editing a pending service ticket
- Fixed issue that prevented a pending request from being abandoned
