  • Pending tickets can now be color coded based on length of time waited. This overrides the default color of red when a customer's wait time exceeds the set location or queue's value. You can specify up to three color codes.
  • Added option to send a text message to the customer when status has been changed to In-Service
  • Fixed error when searching for appointments without entering the End date
  • Fixed issue with Assigned User not updating when editing an In-Service request
  • Fixed missing title bar in customer edit window
  • Added system option to show Account ID column in the In-Service list
  • Changed tab title on home page from 'Home' to 'Checked-In'

QMonitor Updates

  • Added ability to customize the QMonitor notification message in Administration->QMonitor Settings
  • Added option to hide Time In column in QMonitor
  • Fixed extra vertical space between rows when using Chrome browser
  • QMonitor's font sizes can be adjusted in the Login panel

Kiosk Updates (made available on 11/1/15)

  • Added "Completed" button to the kiosk check-in confirmation screen to reset kiosk before the countdown completes
  • Added custom fields validation for phone, url, and email to kiosk
  • You can now selectively choose which queues the kiosk should use
  • Fixed issue with kiosk service selection screen not loaded custom language 
  • Added option to Administration->Kiosk Setting to control how long the confirmation check-in page is displayed
  • Added ability to customize kiosk confirmation screen, continue button, check-out button, back-button, and placeholder text in Administration->Kiosk Settings.
  • Added ability to hide a service description from the Kiosk in Administration->Visit Reasons / Services
