Fixed issue that allowed admin to click update credit card if a credit card is not on file. Card must be added on the View Plan page
Fixed issue where a cancelled subscription could not be restarted
Fixed issue with Excel Report Writer where report was not created if the Status field was included in the report. If you have saved a report with this field, you must remove the field from the report, add it back, and then save the report changes.
