Login To QMonitor Classic (cloud)

QMonitor Classic is an application that is used to display customers waiting for service, and customers that have been called. It provides a notification alert to direct customers to a specific area.

QMonitor Login

  1. Go to https://portal.lobbycentral.com.
  2. Select QMonitor from App Center menu, in the blue menu bar, at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your Company ID.
  4. Enter your Username and password.
  5. Set the location.
  6. Select the Queue to display, or All.
  7. Select other options as necessary (see list below).
  8. Click Start QMonitor.

QMonitor Options


Scroll List After xx names are showing The scroll list indicates the maximum number of requests (customer names) QMonitor will display before the screen starts to scroll. This number may be adjusted to fit the maximum display size of your monitor. Larger monitors will be able to display a higher number before scrolling, whereas smaller screens will need to set the number lower.
Waiting List Format QMonitor allows for the option to display the customer's full name, the name in short form, or simply a callout number. When short name format is selected, the customer name will be displayed with the first initial of the first name, and the first three letters of the customer's last name. Example: John Smith would be displayed as J/Smi.
Callout Number QMonitor will display a number in place of the customer's name, or a combination of name and callout number, in the notification window. To display the call-out number, an administrator must enable Show call-out number on the final screen in Administration > Kiosk Global Settings, and Show in Waiting List located in the options screen of QMonitor login.
Notification Window The notification window allows the user to choose how the customer name is displayed in QMonitor. Options include Display Name, Display Callout Number, or Display Name and Callout Number, or Do not show Notification Window.
Notification Sound There are a number of notification styles to choose from in QMonitor. Select the style, and click the speaker next to the menu to hear a sample of the selection.
Hide Time In Column
When a customer checks-in using LobbyCentral, the time of the check-in is displayed on QMonitor by default. To hide the check-in time, check this box in Options.
Font Sizes QMonitor allows the user to set the font sizes of the company name, clock, column header, waiting row, and called row. The minimum font size is 24, maximum is 96. This allows the user to further adjust settings to fit their specific monitor, and to be able to highlight important areas.
