QMonitor Settings allows the user to customize the Report To Message displayed when the customer name is selected from the wait list. Use tags to quickly, and easily, insert information.
To customize the Report To Message
- Login to LobbyCentral with your admin account
- Go to Tools > QMonitor - General Settings
- Type your custom message in the text box.
- Select the tag(s) you wish to use, and click Insert Tag in the appropriate space in the text.
- LobbyCentral will insert the tag into your text. The message should look something like this.
- Save when finished.
