Logging In and Out (on-premise)
Users must create a strong password containing at least 8 alphanumeric characters and cannot reuse the previous password.
LobbyCentral supports two login processes
| Standard | If your system is configured to use Standard Sign-on, you will be required to enter your assigned username and password. |
| Single Sign-On | If your system is configured to use Single Sign-on, LobbyCentral will automatically log you in, using your Windows username. |
Login Using Standard Sign-On
- Access the LobbyCentral login page.
- Type in your username and password.
- If you are accessing a different location, select it from the list. Otherwise, it will default to your assigned location.
- Click Log In.
Login Using Single Sign-On
- Access the LobbyCentral login page.
- LobbyCentral will check your Windows username against its user list. If found, you will be taken directly to your home page.
If you are at the Login Screen, you can also click the One-Click Login link. Please note that the administrator must activate Single Sign-On mode. For instructions on setting up Single Sign-On please see Single Sign-On in the LobbyCentral On-Premise Admin Manual.
Logout of LobbyCentral
It is important that you log out of LobbyCentral when you leave the office for the day. This helps to keep the User Board information accurate.
To logout click the Logout link located in the top right corner of the screen.
