API Keys (cloud)

API Keys are used to communicate with LobbyCentral.  For features requiring a key (for example, Outlook and Zoom Integration and Customer Imports), you must create an API key, to enter into the required field, before the integration can be completed.

Create an API Key

1. Go to API Keys in Administration and click Create Key.
2. Name the API key for whatever you are integrating, for example, Customer Import
3. Save.
4. Next go to the appropriate section to import the key, in the example below we are using the key to import customers.
5. Select the appropriate key from the dropdown list when filling out the form.
