Introduction to ExpressLobby (formerly Mobile Check-In)

ExpressLobby, formally called Mobile Check-In, is a mobile-web application designed for iPhone and Android phone. This app allows a customer to check-in as if they were using a lobby kiosk, and then wait in their vehicle or other area for their name to be called.

This app is designed to provide a "No-Contact" check-in option that can either supplement or replace your public kiosks.

When an employee selects the waiting customer, a text message is sent to the customer's phone.

This gives customers the freedom to wait anywhere they choose which helps reduce crowding.
