Create and Manage Locations

The Location drop-down list is synchronized with your LobbyCentral account or system and only pulls active locations. In order to setup locations for customers to select from while booking an appointment, the location(s) must first be created in LobbyCentral. For information on creating locations in LobbyCentral, please review Manage Locations (cloud) - LobbyCentral Support.

Add a location

  1. Click Add Location.
  2. Select the LobbyCentral location from the dropdown menu.
  3. Type in the display name that will be displayed to the customer.  It does not need to match the LobbyCentral name.
  4. Enter in the location address and phone.
  5. Set the Operating Hours for the location which specifies the earliest and latest time an appointment can be scheduled.
  6. Click Save.
