Disable Auto-Form Fill and Auto-Complete in Web Kiosk

Support for Internet Explorer will end on 6/14/2022. Supported browsers will be Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox.

Auto-fill and Auto-Complete are features in Internet Explorer, Chrome, and other web browsers that are designed to automatically prefill web forms with data from a previous form submission.

While this is a convenience for a home user, it is a security risk for a business that uses a public computer to collect form data from multiple customers.

The pre-filling of form data is a feature of the web browser and is not controllable in LobbyCentral.

To avoid revealing confidential information such as customer name and other custom field data collected at the kiosk, you must disable autofill or auto-complete in the web browser.
