Appointments- Search & Edit (on-premise)

A user may perform a search for appointments in LobbyCentral by going to Search > Appointments and entering the requested information. An appointment search will yield wider results, the less information that is entered. To narrow your search results, enter as much information regarding the appointment, as possible.

Perform Appointment Search

  1. At a minimum, enter Start/End Search Dates.
  2. Click Search.

As with a Request History search, the more information you enter, the narrower the results will be. To yield a broader list, enter less detailed information.

If you have a LobbyCentral Appointments subscription, Pending Approval will detail any appointments that need approval from the user. You can find more information about LobbyCentral Appointments at https://schedule.lobbycentral.com/, or by sending your questions to [email protected]

Please see the LobbyCentral Appointments User Guide for information regarding your LobbyCentral Appointments subscription.

Once a search is initiated, a list of created appointments is displayed. The user may then select an appointment from the list, and review it, or change/cancel it. Appointment records detail the time/date, reason for appointment, any comments as well as, the customer's vital information, and special requests.

Approve a Pending Appointment

  1. Create an Appointment Search.
  2. Locate the appointment in the Pending Approval list.
  3. Select Review.
  4. Verify information and click Approve.
