Report Manager & CSV/Excel Report Generator (cloud)
LobbyCentral contains over 40 predefined reports which cover a wide variety of information for the user. Reports provide information in table and graph formats, and can be saved in a variety of formats, including PDF, Word, and Excel.
If you are unable to find a report with the specific analytics you need, the CSV/Excel Report Generator creates and exports custom data into CSV formatted files. The custom report can be saved so that it will be available each time you need to run it.
Note: Your account must have administrative or supervisor privileges to access Report Manager and CSV/Excel Report Generator.
If these options do not cover your needs, LobbyCentral may create a custom report for you at a charge. Please contact [email protected] to receive a quote for a custom created report. Once the custom report has been added to your account you can access it through Report Manager by clicking the View Custom Reports button.
Run Report in Report Manager
- Go to Reporting > Report Manager.
- Select a report from the report list.
- Click Run.
- Enter filter options for the report. Some reports contain options that allow you to filter by date, location, user, queue, wait time, etc.
- Click Run Report.
Create CSV/Excel Generated Report
- Go to Reporting > CSV/Excel Report Generator.
- Select New Report (default).
- Select the report Start Date.
- Select the report End Date.
- Select the Location.
- Select the Customer Queues.
- Select the Work Queues.
- In Fields, click the drop-down menu to select the report field(s), and click Add Field for each.
- In Custom Fields, click on the drop-down menu to select the report custom field(s), and click Add Field for each.
- Enter the email address in which to send the report.
- Name the Report to save for future use (optional).
- Click Run.
Edit Saved CSV/Excel Generated Report
- Go to Reporting > CSV/Excel Report Generator.
- Select the saved Report from the drop-down menu.
- Make desired changes.
- Click Run.
- Select Yes to save the changes to the report.
Delete Custom CSV/Excel Generated Report
- Go to Reporting > CSV/Excel Report Generator.
- Select the saved Report from the drop-down menu.
- Click Delete at the bottom of the screen.
- Click OK to confirm.
Note: Possible values of Status from the CSV Report generator:
0 = Pending
1 = In Service
2 = Completed
3 = Abandoned
5 = Appointment
6 = Editing
7 = Work Queue ticket pending
8 = Work Queue ticket in service
9 = Appointment, pending approval
