Direct support of your application including troubleshooting must be performed by you. LobbyCentral will not attempt to diagnosis or troubleshoot any application that uses the API. LobbyCentral will not provide support to your customers that use your application. LobbyCentral will only work with third-party vendors through our support desk system at http://support.lobbycentral.com. LobbyCentral reserves the right to not work with or discontinue working with third-party developers for any reason.
LobbyCentral will only fix errors created by the API. At it's discretion, LobbyCentral may improve the API through quarterly updates. Requests to add functionality to the API must be submitted through our online support desk at http://support.lobbycentral.com.
