The version 4.0 update added a new way for customers to check-in at a kiosk by using their Phone Number.


You can turn this feature off by modifying the kiosk profile.  

  1. Log into LobbyCentral at https://login.lobbycentral.com
  2. Go to Tools->Administration
  3. In the left menu under Kiosk, click Profiles
  4. Click Modify to edit the profile
  5. Set the Phone Number Check-In field to Disabled
  6. Click Save
  7. Restart your kiosk by pressing F5
