The version 4.0 update added a new way for customers to check-in at a kiosk by using their Phone Number.
You can turn this feature off by modifying the kiosk profile.
- Log into LobbyCentral at https://login.lobbycentral.com
- Go to Tools->Administration
- In the left menu under Kiosk, click Profiles
- Click Modify to edit the profile
- Set the Phone Number Check-In field to Disabled
- Click Save
- Restart your kiosk by pressing F5
