Please download the patch release, 8.0.10 from the support portal.


Then “reset” the kiosk(s) so that the profile can be selected. If the kiosk is set so that it skips the Start-Up screen by using a hardcoded URL, please adjust accordingly.


The OLD URL looked like this:

http://<LCSERVER>/servicecenterweb/mobile/Kiosk.aspx?locID=10


The new URL looks like this

http://<LCSERVER>/servicecenterweb/mobile/Kiosk.aspx?profID=5


To get the new URL, on the kiosk, go to http://<LCSERVER>/servicecenterweb/mobile/Kiosk.aspx. Select the correct PROFILE and click Start Kiosk.


Once the kiosk profile has been selected, the URL can then be copied and pasted into the vendor kiosk so that it skips the Start-Up screen:
