- Go to Tools > Administration > Settings - Control Panel
- Select Agent Counters/ Windows.
- In Counter Management, click New Counter.
- Enter the Name of the Agent Counter/ Window.
- Choose the Location.
- Select the User that is assigned to the Window.
- Set status as Active (default).
- Click Save.
