Email check-in notification to queue members may be enabled in System Options to alert users by email, that a customer has checked in.

The default subject line for notification emails can be overridden by going to Tools > Administration > Notification Email

To use the default subject line, leave the field blank.


Customer Check-In Subject May be customized with tags (See Tags below) to include customer info in heading.
Visitor Sign-In Subject May be customized with tags (See Tags  below) to include visitor info in heading.


Use the following tags to insert system generated data such as the customer's name and reason for visit. 

  • Customer Name: [customer_name]
  • Queue name:[queue_name]
  • Visit Reason:[service]

Example: Check-In Alert! [customer_name] has checked into [queue_name].
