Email check-in notification to queue members may be enabled in System Options to alert users by email, that a customer has checked in.
The default subject line for notification emails can be overridden by going to Tools > Administration > Notification Email.
To use the default subject line, leave the field blank.

Use the following tags to insert system generated data such as the customer's name and reason for visit.
- Customer Name: [customer_name]
- Queue name:[queue_name]
- Visit Reason:[service]
Example: Check-In Alert! [customer_name] has checked into [queue_name].
