Standard LobbyCentral Maintenance provides technical support from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.


You can request a support representative to be on call outside our normal support /hours to assist with the following:

  • Updating LobbyCentral core software
  • Moving LobbyCentral core software to a new server
  • Relocating the LobbyCentral database


After Hours Availability


Monday - Friday

6am to 8am EST

5pm to 10pm EST


Saturday

7am to 10am EST

8pm to 11pm EST


Cost


$225 / hour    Monday - Friday

$350 / hour     Saturday


Fees are billed for total time service is provided.   One hour minimum applies whether support was used or not.



Requesting After Hours Support


Please submit your request 72 hours in advance to support@lobbycentral.com.   Your request must include:


  • Company Name
  • Contact Name, phone number, and email
  • Date and time support is needed
  • Brief description of the support needed


After hour support is subject to availability of a LobbyCentral support rep.
