Resetting Your Password

If you forget your LobbyCentral portal password, you have the option to reset the password via email or text. There are two links on the portal sign-in page that will allow you to reset your password.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Click one of the two links shown in the above screenshot, "Reset Password." 
  2. Enter your Username and Company ID.
  3. Select the Verification Method. You have the option to have a security code sent to your mobile phone, or you can answer your account security question.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. If you choose to answer your security question, you will be asked to enter your answer, create the new password, and reenter the new password. Click Submit when finished.
  6. If you choose to send a security code to your mobile phone, you must have a mobile phone number set up with your user account.
  7. Once you receive the code, enter it into the Security Code field, then create your new password, and reenter the new password. Click Submit when finished.
  8. You will see the message, Your password has been updated. Click OK.
  9. Sign in using your new password.

Updating Your Password

LobbyCentral Cloud users are required to update their password every 90 days. Thirty days before your current password expires you will receive a message after logging in, stating that your password will expire in xx days. 

If you to change the password immediately, simply click the link in the message. 

Once your password expires, LobbyCentral will take you directly to User Preferences page to create a new password. 

Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Save.
