New Features

  • New queue type added for Global queues. A customer can be checked into a global queue from any location. Useful for centralized processing. 
  • Files can now be attached to a service request, which are available on the Work Request screen as well as request history.

  • Added system option to make (internal)customer number field required 
  • Added Idle timeout setting to web/mobile kiosk 
  • Added ability to split queue and services into separate drop-down menus in web/mobile kiosk 
  • Extended the size of the email field and added validation in User management 
  • Changed email process to send asynchronously to remove the check-in delay 
  • Improved license validation process to verify if the system is licensed before creating an evaluation key 
  • Added option to web kiosk to hide "other" visit reason 
  • The waiting list inside the Work Request window can now be collapsed or expanded. By default the list is collapsed. Users can change the default in User Preferences 
  • Requested User list will now show only users that are logged in 
  • Added new custom field types (email and URL,) to display custom keyboards on the iPad 
  • Fixed issue with original kiosk switching to new kiosk after selecting a location 
  • Fixed time bug issue where display time was always Eastern Standard Time. 
  • Fixed email notification being sent went scheduling an appointment 
  • Fixed issue with kiosk not displaying the Completion page after appointment check in 
  • Fixed issue with kiosk not sending notification email for appointment check-in
