After upgrading to 7.1.2, the checked-in screen and QMonitor no longer update after a customer checks in using the web kiosk. The confirmation check-in screen is also not shown.


If the issue is happening at only one location, it generally means it is a network communication issue.


A new option was added to control how long the confirmation page is displayed. If the value is not explicitly set, the kiosk receives a value of 0. This results in the kiosk refreshing immediately after check-in, which does not give the kiosk time to notify end-users or QMonitor.

  1. Log into LobbyCentral and go to Administration, Web Kiosk Settings.
  2. Located Confirmation Page Delay and set the desired delay.
  3. Click Save. You must click Save even if you do not change the default delay of 8 seconds.
