To set up locations for customers to select from, the location must be created and linked to the location in LobbyCentral.


Adding a location:

  1. Click Add Location
  2. Select the LobbyCentral location from the list
  3. Type in the display name that the customer will see.  It does not need to match the LobbyCentral name.
  4. Enter in the location address and phone.
  5. Set the Operating Hours for the location which specifies the earliest and latest time an appointment can be scheduled.
  6. Click Save

The Location drop-down list is synchronized with your LobbyCentral account or system and only pulls active locations.
