To set up locations for customers to select from, the location must be created and linked to the location in LobbyCentral.
Adding a location:
- Click Add Location
- Select the LobbyCentral location from the list
- Type in the display name that the customer will see. It does not need to match the LobbyCentral name.
- Enter in the location address and phone.
- Set the Operating Hours for the location which specifies the earliest and latest time an appointment can be scheduled.
- Click Save
The Location drop-down list is synchronized with your LobbyCentral account or system and only pulls active locations.
