To update credit card information


You will need administrative access to LobbyCentral to be able to add or edit billing information. If you do not have administrative access, please see your LobbyCentral administrator.

  1. Login to the LobbyCentral Portal with your admin account.
  2. Go to Tools> Administration> Plan & Billing> Billing
  3. Enter the new payment information.
  4. Click Update.

Note: Our system performs an address verification check against the billing address. Be sure that the address entered, matches the credit card statement mailing address.
