Desktop Client 

As of version 5.0.1 (4/2011), the desktop client is no longer being updated with features or fixes. The desktop client will continue to be backwards compatible, but is no longer supported and will be phased out by the end of 2014. Please migrate to the web client to take advantage of enhancements added to LobbyCentral.

Changes & New Features 

  • Added section to Fix Requests page to fix requests that are missing a closing ticket record 
  • When editing times on a completed request, LobbyCentral will now check for invalid Work Tickets attached to the request 
  • A new tab has been added to System Options screen to turn off various fields 
  • Added option to show available by queue when creating or editing a request 
  • Added two additional short name formats to QMonitor 
  • QMonitor scroll boundary has been lowered to 15 
  • Added option to kiosk settings to look up a customer by the internal customer number 
  • Added Touchscreen Keyboard option to kiosk 
  • Added card swipe detection for manual check-in (requires License upgrade to activate this feature)
