Changes in billing procedure effective January 1, 2018

Beginning January 1, 2018, we are going PAPERLESS.   LobbyCentral's new standard will be to issue invoices by email only.


This change is to comply with information privacy acts in effect for certain industries where LobbyCentral is used. To simply our billing practice, this standard is being applied to all customers.


Please verify that your billing information is up-to-date by taking the following action:


On-Premise Customers


Contact sales@lobbycentral.com with the billing contact name, email, and phone number


Cloud Customers


Log into your LobbyCentral account and go to Administration, Billing.


Customers requiring Purchase Orders


If a purchase order is required to process payment, please be sure to send a copy of the purchase order to billing@lobbycentral.com 60 days before your billing period ends.  We will be unable to process your account which may cause an interruption in service.
