Editing an appointment for a different location throws error

When trying to edit an appointment that is scheduled for a location other than the one that the user is logged in to, LobbyCentral will display a system error message.


The cause has been isolated and a fix will be available in the next release.


Workaround:


  1. Go to Administration, Users
  2. Edit the admin user account
  3. Change the admin's Home/Default Location to match the location of the appointment
  4. Save changes
  5. Log into LobbyCentral as admin
  6. You should now be able to edit the appointment
