Beginning on Sunday, May 29, we will be moving customer databases to our new data center (DC) in Ohio.
Customers will not lose any data and no action is required.
Users that do not log out prior to the move may experience system errors. To remedy this, simply have the user log out and back in.
We recommend that users log out daily by clicking the Sign Out button in the application. Please note that closing the browser will not automatically log you out.
The transition is expected to be completed by Tuesday, May 31.
