Queueing priority based on original time in

Track the first check-in time of a customer so that if the customer is transferred to another queue, the queuing priority places the customer ahead of customers that checked in at a later time.

Add System Option to sort waiting list by First Time In or Queue Time In (Default).

Queue Time In being the time that the ticket was created and put into the queue.

Ticket's First Time In and Time In will match on the fisrt ticket.

If the customer is transferred to new queue, the new ticket's first Time In will match the first Time In and the Time In will be the current time.
